From the Vault- Captain America and The Falcon #137 “To Stalk the Spider-MaN”
So I was reading this last night for the very first time and found the entire storyline interesting. I must say I am rather impressed with the older Cap comics. They are insightful and very culturally observant of what was going on at the time. I love Sam too. He has the best lines ever. If you get a chance check it out, but just ignore Sam’s older green costume which is really lame.
Batgirl #9 “Night of the Owls” tie-in
Is anyone truly in love with Barbara Gordon in this new series? Granted, I have always been a fan, but this series is fresh and edgy. Her monologues are killer compared to any other recent “Bat” character except for Dick’s when he was Batman in last year Batman line. Share you thoughts on this. You may have to consider that I am right or the money or clearly delusional.
Batman #9 “Night of the Owls”
So I will be honest, it took me some time to get hooked on the Batman relaunch compared to some of the other titles; however, after issues 6 or so my interest has been changing. I recommend this for newer fans and it a treat, especially with TDKR around the corner.
